Who I am
My name is Sophie Boudarel.
I embarked on the adventure of genealogy in 1994. With an accomplished career mainly focused on planning, scheduling and organization, I decided to combine these skills with my practice of genealogy.
In 2012, I took the step. I choose to put my skills at your service.
As a professional genealogist, committed to the promotion not only of family history but also of archives, I am interested in the existing links and their development, between archivists and genealogists.
I carry out genealogical research, but also biographical research. I am not only interested in finding the individuals in your French roots, but also in telling your family history.
Because genealogy is for me, synonymous with sharing, I also offer to train you in genealogical research in France. I coach in one on one session or at workshops, such as those proposed by the Revue Française de Généalogie with whom I collaborate.
